I have added a new torrent but it just disappears and doesn't get loaded!
This is caused by a torrent file made in the wrong way or just to large so can not be added via the webui all you need to do is load your FTP and drop the torrent file in to the /rwatch folder rtorrent will then see this and auto load it for you to the webui
I`m getting a javascript error after reinstalling my slot or rutorrent, what now?
You browser has cached the settings from your old installation, please clear your cookies and history for seedit4.me and it will work fine again after.
I've edited rtorrent.rc and now rutorrent isn't working anymore!
Make sure before you make edits to save a copy of your rtorrent.rc so if you break it you can put the backup back on. You can click [update rutorrent] on your dash under the rutorrent menu. This will reinstall the app while saving your torrents and configs.
When I open rutorrent it says it's down!
The main reason for this is your HDD is full. To fix this you can make some room by deleting files from your slot either via FTP or SSH. Delete enough files to get under 100% and everything will then return to normal.
I am getting an error: "Tracker: [Peer certificate cannot be authenticated with given CA certificates]"
You can fix this by editing your rtorrent.rc file by either logging into your slot via FTP or SSH. Find the rtorrent.rc file and add the following line: network.http.ssl_verify_peer.set=0
You can click [update rutorrent] on your dash under the rutorrent menu. This will reinstall the app while saving your torrents and configs.
