There could be many reasons for apps to fail, be it on install or once you try to load it. We do our best to make our installers bug free, but some things are out of our control. The first thing you should do if an app is stuck on installing for at least 20 minutes is to click cancel and then restart your seedbox. You can (if applicable) remove the app and try to install it again. If you have installed and app and it fails to load then you can uninstall and reinstall it again. If all this fails you can open a ticket and we will look in to it for you.
