If you fail to pay your invoice by its expiry date then your slot will be suspended for 3 days. We cannot restore files that have been deleted. Assuming it was a torrent, then the only thing you can do is redownload the file.

What IP does my slot have?You can find the IP easily on your dashboard by looking at the [Seedbox] card.Can I change my IP?No. Each node has 1 IP which is shared among its users. The only way to change your IP is to move servers, which means losing all your data. The IP you would then use is still shared among the users of that other server.Do you offer dedicated IPs?No, we do not provide this service right now.
